Maud and Savoch is a busy congregation.  Their activities include:

Guild - held September to April every first Monday in the month at the Church Hall at 7.30pm.  This group invites speakers to talk on the theme of the year.  (contact Mairi Ironside at 01771 613740 or Elizabeth Pirie 01771 613565)

Kid's Zone - This is a dynamic group for youngsters aged between about 5 and 11 years of age. Held on the first Saturday on the month at 10am to 11.30am.  We have videos, songs with actions, stories, treats, games and discussions.  If you haven't been to this group you haven't lived!  Contact Jane Tedcastle 01358 701754  For photos click here

Focus Group - This Bible Study group held every Thursday evening at 7.15pm in the Church Centre, New Deer.  This group is led by Alistair Donald and looks at the bible and it's message followed by a discussion.  This group learns how the bible is directly relevant to today's happenings and guides us through the problems of everyday life.  We sing and pray for the community and those who are struggling with life.

Kirk Shop - The shop is open from Thursday 28th May until the end of September in the Mason's Lodge, Henry Lane, Maud.  You will find a wonderful selection of home-made baking as well as clothes, bric a brac, plants, flowers, jam and marmalade.  For more information contact Mairi Ironside at 01771 613740

Walking Group - (April to September)  This group is led by Brian and Dorothy Chapman along with Margaret Simpson and organises both short and longer walks throughout the summer on Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings.  The last walk of the season is a sponsored walk to raise funds for a good cause.  (Contact Brian Chapman at 01771 613451 or Margaret Simpson at 01771 613304)  For Schedule and photos click here

Pantomime - This is an annual extravaganza sparing no expense held around Christmas time starring famous names from the local community - talk to Impresario Laura Grieg at 01771 613283 for an audition!

Rainbow Group - this group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 5.30 for an hour.  Call Connie MacPhee for more information!
