Rev Paul R Read. Pastor

Pastor Paul Read originally hails from the county of Norfolk, England.  He holds a Masters Degree in Theology from Faith Theological Seminary, USA, and has been a schoolmaster and airline pilot. Paul is married to his best friend Joy, who is a qualified RGN. They are the parents of six adult children - Tim, Jamie, Anna, Gareth, Stuart and Alistair.

Paul enjoys keeping up with developments in aviation. He is passionate about and enjoyed working for eight years with Mission Hospitals in the "developing world" while resident in the USA.

What gives him joy in ministry? “Preaching and teaching the Scriptures and to see them come alive in the hearts of God’s people…and to rejoice!”

Pastor Paul joined us recently from the North Coast Parish, Reay, in Caithness, where he served for four years.
